Green Eyed Dolly Productions

hosted live rockabilly culture music & dance events at venues within Southern California, as well as dance instruction at local dance studios.  

GED hosted the events out of pure love of the culture and to drive students to their dance classes, held at local dance halls, where they made their profit.  

At each live event, which was paid entirely by the venue, GED provided an inexpensive basic dance lesson, networked with potential students, and created a welcoming and safe place to learn rockabilly dances.  

In the design, I tried to capture the youthful, fun and welcoming atmosphere they strove to create at both their live events and dance classes.  

The time period was one of bold, bright colors, vintage vinyl and well dressed people. I strove to capture that in the design.
